Wiggler Toyshop Terms and Conditions
Wiggler are satisfied with the quality of our goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchases you may return them to us for a full refund, exchange or credit note.
Returning goods: All returned goods will be dealt with in accordance with the sale of goods act. In the case of faulty returns, where they are not fit for purpose, do not match their description or are not of satisfactory quality, postage will be refunded on receipt of the goods. In the case of faulty goods we will check that on return the item was purchased from us and will be inspected to make sure the item is faulty. All other returns, the customer has to pay for returned postage and packaging.
Changing your mind and cancelled orders: In accordance with the sales of goods act, you have up to 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods, even if the goods are not faulty.
Goods are only substituted after discussing the situation with you (the customer) by phone or e-mail
If your goods do not arrive within 30 working days of ordering we will send you a full refund
Products purchased in-store

Changing your mind on goods purchased in-store will need to be returned to store where an exchange or credit note will be given.
Wiggler do not use any premium rate telephone, or internet charges
Wiggler do not pass on customer details to any third parties
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)
