Wiggler are satisfied with the quality of our goods but, in the unlikely event of you not being delighted with your purchases you may return them to us for a full refund, exchange or credit note. Goods must be returned their original condition, unused and still in their original packaging

You have the right to a cooling off period of 14 days after receipt of goods during which time you may cancel toy order for any reason and return the goods to us for a full refund on the purchase price only. (this period extends to 21 days over the Christmas period)

Goods are only substituted after discussing the situation with you (the customer) by phone fax or e-mail

We aim to despatch all goods within three working days of receiving your order

If your goods do not arrive within 28 working days of ordering we will send you a full refund

Wiggler do not use any premium rate telephone, fax or internet charges

Wiggler do not pass on customer details to any third parties

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)
